As mentioned earlier, I will talk about why we should become motivated to workout and get that perfect body. In my opinion, it is very important because firstly, it affects our health. It is very healthy and decreases many risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular diseases. I think these are important to consider, knowing that there are many fast food restaurants know a days, and they cause much harm towards our health.
Speaking about fast food, if you are they type of person that eats from fast food restaurants daily and without doing much or any exercises, it will lead you to obesity and then you'll become more and more lazy, and there is a chance that obesity can also cause death. I know that this is not something we look forward to, especially when our main goal is getting fit. I also think that obesity is not so attractive. Also, you will age early and then life becomes harder and the opposite of what we want begins to happen, such as a lower self-confidence and a not so toned body. Although, we could have cheat meals every once in a while, but not always. Therefore, my thoughts are to try our best to not eat from unhealthy places and plus we all don't want to age early. I also know that working out causes a lot of physical changes, and for the best.
There's another reason, confidence. I think it's enormously important that we feel confident in our own body, and once we achieve results we will have a higher self-confidence. The reason why, is because without self-confidence, we are not pleased nor ever satisfied with ourselves. Also, there will always be the thought of thinking we could have done better, and that we didn't try hard enough, and it's not such a great feeling. Working out will take every bit of motivation we've got, and we will have to deal with it, in order to become the greatest we can!
CONFIDENCE IS KEY
Lastly, we should workout for the feeling we get just after our workout! It's an amazing feeling, trust me, I know from previous experience. You feel like you've done such a great achievement in your life, and imagine that feeling. Yes, it's true later on, we will feel extremely sore, but hey, workout today for a better tomorrow! That soreness will eventually leave the body after a couple of days.

I can relate to the part where you said that it's an achievement and that you feel like you accomplished something important after a workout because for me it's kind of the same as if I've won a world war. Also, that girl that I keep seeing, is that your motivation? Do you want to look like her one day, and maybe make a post dedicated towards her.
ReplyDeleteHey Rifaat! Yes, I totally agree on that feeling after a workout like you've won a world war. That girl you keep seeing in my pictures is my motivation, and yes I do hope to look like her one day, she is awesome and if you'd like, she posts youtube videos of herself working out and also just living her life. You could check them out and thank you for commenting my post, I appreciate it!
DeleteHey Mirna! This blog post really inspires me to go hit the pool and swim some laps! Are there certain things people should be doing that solely focuses on losing weight? Like, would cardio help lose weight faster than weight-lifting? How often should someone go to the gym to lose that weight, every day, twice or thrice a week? I'm happy you posted, keep writing!
ReplyDeleteHello Camelia, I'm glad this blog was able to inspire you to go swimming! There is absolutely some things people should be focusing on to just lose weight. Cardio, is what they should do, due to the fact that weight-lifting is mainly for building their muscles and it will make them bigger and they will gain muscles, which will gain them weight. Although, I'm not quite sure how often someone should go to the gym to lose weight, as long as they are dedicated enough to see results, they could hit the gym perhaps twice a week. Thank you for checking out my post!
DeleteHi Mirna, your blog looks great so far! I think that your subject is really inspired and I feel that it is very promising and you can have a positive influence on some people. My question is the following: You talk about getting the perfect body, and I already workout, play lots of sports and I am physically active, but I can't seem to gain any healthy weight, and I cannot seem to get the physical results that I want after working out for 8 months. Is there something that I can do extra that can help me develop my muscles more and gain the weight i need for hockey?
ReplyDeleteHey Anthony, thank you for reading my blog and asking this important question. Personally, I workout too, and I want to gain healthy weight just as you do. Although, I've read online and on many different sites, that we should try instead of eating a large meal 2-3 times a day, we could try instead to eat 4-6 small ones. You could also try eating as much protein as possible, I hear that works. Anyway, thanks again and I hope you enjoy the rest of my posts!
DeleteHey Mirna, reading your blog (great job by the way), I started asking myself question, one of them being, is there a relation between the way we eat, the way we look and the way we feel about ourselves emotionally. Your most recent post was very well done. Confidence is truly key!
