Welcome to my Blog!

Welcome to the fit world!
It is important to workout and stay fit, but what's more important, is that we are capable to maintain that same amount of motivation from the beginning and all the way through the process, to reach our goal.

Before I begin, I wanted to give a little introduction to you guys about Ashley Nocera. She is a World's Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF) Pro. The reason why I am giving this information, is because she is personally my inspiration. You guys will notice that many of my pictures will be about her. She is a great and entertaining person, you can check her youtube videos to know more about her if you would like. Anyway, this blog will contain many information such as why people should become motivate to working out, how they should stay motivated, the essential nutriments they may need, the different types of bodies and workout schedules, the correct and incorrect way to do specific workouts, the muscles trained, etc...



                                                   FOCUS


I personally find working out very important because we build a lot more muscle than when we play a certain sport. When we work out, we are capable to make each and every muscle in our body grow, unlike sports. There are many muscles in the body, and there is no sport in the world that works them all out, or helps to develop them all.

                                              STRENGTH

An example of a sport is soccer. In that sport, the main muscle which is developing are the legs. The arms are not in the process of growing, nor becoming stronger. It is true that the players use their arms to stay in control of the ball and have balance, but their arms are not strong. Although, there is a sport which is the nearest in making each muscle grow, it is swimming. Swimming helps develop the back, legs, arms and most of the major muscles. But once again, it can't because there are always minor muscles who need specific ways to be trained, in order to grow.



     

Working out gives you a lot of confidence. It will all start to feel better and you will notice that you will start taking it as a habit. Until next time!

  1. Great intro :)! I agree that staying healthy and fit is very important. I like how you used pictures to keep your blog feed interesting. I also like how you included the dangers of bad health and eating habits, and what good eating and working out could do for you in the long run.   2. Hey Mirna! I am exciting to be seeing some good advice from this workout blog! I am glad you mentioned swimming as it is my favourite sport. Will you be including tutorial videos from YouTubers who film their workouts (Yousef Erakat, perchance)? Will you be writing about what's best to drink while working out? Is a sports practice with a team, for example, the same as hitting the gym for two hours, or is one or the other strenuous? Which ever one of my questions you potentially answer, I will be actively reading your blog! It looks great!

    1. Hey again! I will be including workout videos from perhaps the girl that is mainly in my pictures, Ashley Nocera, or even others. I will be mentioning the nutriments, foods and drinks, the helpful, and the dangerous. A team doing drills and practices has its similarities to working out, and I will be more specific to that in my next posts. Thank you for viewing my blog, and taking the time to comment!

  3. Hi Mirna, nice topic choice :), i know u really like to stay fit. I like how u introduced what you were gonna talk about first then you develop them later on. Very nice choice of pictures and i liked how you show and tell us the different consequences depending on what we eat like junk food or if we eat healthy.

I think the topic is very important and I love how you integrated self confidence into it because self confidence for sure plays a big part in living a healthy lifestyle. In your next posts are you planning on talking about work out tips as well as workout plans? I cant wait to read, keep up the good work

    1. Hey Emily, it's very true that self-confidence is extremely important. In my next posts, there will be a specific post, one who is precisely for the different types of workout plans, and tips. There are some people who go hardcore at the gym, and others who don't, everyone has their own type. Anyway, I will make sure people understand the importance of working out.
